In history, figures appear to change the social norms and standards starting a new era in a certain sphere. There are people out there who are determined enough to pursue their passions no matter anything and one of them is Carmen Dell’Orefice. She is the oldest model who still works at her 93.

It was back in 1944 that she started her career as a model. Believe it or not, the future star was only 13, yet had great potential. Soon, she became so in-demand and desired that became lucky enough to appear on the cover of Vogue by the age of 15.

Her versatility and hard work have been honored with her next appearance on the cover of Vogue Czechoslovakia which brought her career into a new level. What concerns her personal life, it was not as smooth as it might seem. She hailed from a pool family where her mother and she had to work as seamstresses to make the ends meet.

Turning to self-care and confidence, she mentions the following,

«Men and women should care for themselves and love themselves. One of the secrets to maintaining beauty is doing what you do for a baby-nurturing and feeding the baby with love».

She is more than sure that if there is something one is passionate about, there should be no limits and obstacles that would stop them from doing so. Carmen has been married thrice and had three divorces which shaped her.
