Unfortunately, the rain-soaked steps proved treacherous, and she slipped and fell, much to the alarm of the audience. Fans gasped and shouted as they witnessed the fall, which was captured on video and quickly spread across social media platforms.
Underwood, ever the professional, took to social media to address the incident with her characteristic grace and humor. She posted photos from the night, accompanied by a message that read, “Well, last night sure was fun! And though the ending was quite unexpected, it made for a night we’ll never forget!” She added a lighthearted touch with rain and weather emojis, subtly acknowledging the fall without dwelling on it.
