The National Enquirer reported that Woods had cheated on his Swedish wife, Elin Nordegren, with at least 18 women.

How Elin met Tiger

The US-based Swedish professional golfer Parnevik employed Nordegren as a nanny for his children. Parnevik introduced Woods and Nordegren at the 2001 Open Championship.

A year before, Woods wanted to meet Nordegren, but she was dating another man. Thus, Woods’ meeting with Nordegren was unlikely. Mia Parnevik, Parnevik’s wife, said several golf stars wanted their blonde, gorgeous nanny.

The couple had two kids. Nordegren had Sam Alexis in 2007 and Charlie Axel in 2009.

It became evident in 2009 that the marriage was under serious pressure. Tiger Woods’ extramarital romances were revealed in December, causing chaos. Parnevik, who introduced Woods to Nordegren, regretted.

“I’m sad for Elin because my wife and I hooked her up with him and probably thought he was better than he is,” he stated.

Too much was lost when Woods took a vacation from golf to focus on family and marriage. The 2010 divorce netted Nordegren $100 million.

Forbes reports Nordegren and her children have lived in a Florida luxury mansion since buying it.

To benefit their children, Nordegren and Woods have become friends in recent years.

“My relationship with her is great. One of my best buddies. We can call each other and converse often. Both of us know that our kids are everything. “I wish I had known that back then,” Woods told Time.

Nordegren graduated in psychology from Rollins University after nine years of trying.

Nordegren, a keynote speaker at the college’s graduating ceremony, laughed about her undergraduate co-ed experience while hearing jokes about her divorce from Woods.

“I was surprised when they called to ask me to give this speech. Media have branded me a woman of few words and lambasted me for not talking much. Inspirational commencement speeches are given. I was worried as I considered what to say to you today. What could I say to inspire us after a lengthy college journey? I received a note from an American Airlines flight attendant a week after the phone contact. I quickly accepted the note, said “Thank you,” and picked up my things. I had time to read it later. ‘Thank you for being my inspiration, greetings from another single mom.’ A stranger’s kind words impacted me.”

Nordegren dated Chris Clin, a billionaire entrepreneur and philanthropist, after her divorce from Woods.

Nordegren revealed her second pregnancy in June 2019 with former NFL player Jordan Cameron.

“She is super happy and I am super happy that I have my ninth grandchild, yes it is not wonderful,” Nordegren’s mother, Barbro Holmberg, told Svensk Dam.

Their son was born October 2019.

Elin Nordegren, 41, has built a prosperous life away from paparazzi. Swedish media report that she has a mental health and psychology license.

She and her husband Jordan Cameron live in a $14 million Florida villa. This 25000-square-foot property boasts 11 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a wine cellar, two kitchens, a movie theater, and a gym.

Tiger says he and Elin have a healthy relationship and support their children. Elin appeared in the 2020 PNC Championship final in Florida.
