“There are nights I cry myself to sleep. Like, holy s***, this f****** tornado in my house. Like, what happened? Everyone says the days are long and the years are short, and that couldn’t be a more true statement.”

According to Yahoo! Entertainment, Kardashian revealed sometimes taking things slowly to raise her four kids. “Sometimes it’s nights where we are going hour by hour to see if we’re gonna survive. Night by night. If a tantrum comes in – oh, my God your life is turned upside down.”

Kim Kardashian Discusses “Chaos” Of Single Parenting

Some celebrities are notoriously private about their children. However, Kim Kardashian has spoken about raising her four children with ex-husband, Kanye West. During her interview on the podcast, On Purpose with Jay Shetty, Kim Kardashian spoke more about how chaotic things could quickly become at her house.

According to The List, Kardashian described parenting as “the best chaos” in the world. “When you’re in it, I mean, especially when they’re babies and you’re feeding, there’s madness going on. It’s like full madness. It’s the best chaos though.”

“It’s like I always have to do one of my daughter’s hair, and it has to be perfect, and it has to be a certain way, and then this one needs me to put his shoes on and they all need you.”

“It’s like full crazy madness, cooking, running around. Like, it’s wild. Parenting is the thing that has taught me the most about myself. It has been the most challenging thing.”

Kardashian continued, “You know, with all the moods and the personalities and sometimes they’re fighting, and you know, there’s no one there. Like, it’s [just] me to play a good police officer and bad cop. That’s the only way I can describe it.”

However, no matter how tough things might seem, the celebrity mom seems to love every moment. “It is the most rewarding job in the entire world. It is. There is nothing that can prepare you… I don’t care how long you wait.”

“I don’t care what you’re waiting for. You are never prepared. But you will figure it out, and it will make you so proud of yourself that you figured it out and that you got through the day.”

Kim Kardashian Sometimes Feels ‘Mom Guilt’

Along with building a successful business empire, Kim Kardashian has also had to deal with plenty of controversies and personal problems. Kardashian recently spoke about the challenges she has faced as a mother.

Kardashian revealed sometimes feeling “mom guilt” over the difficulties of motherhood. According to Insider, she said during the podcast interview, “Mom guilt is probably the hardest thing.”

She mentioned reaching out to friends when feeling overwhelmed. “I have chats with my girlfriends when our kids are having tantrums and there could be things going on that we don’t even know about.”

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star described feeling helpless when she couldn’t “fix” something. She also said she feels like the “worst mom” when her kids have tantrums and she feels so overwhelmed she has to lock herself in another room.

“You feel like you’re the worst mom if something’s going on and you can’t fix it, you have no idea how to change it, your kids are fighting, whatever it is. And my friends and I will text each other and be in tears, literally locking ourselves in the room away from a kid having a tantrum when that’s not what you should do. You should go and lean into them but sometimes it’s so overwhelming.”

When Kim Kardashian discussed described “working hard”, some weren’t impressed. Similar to this, when she opened up about the challenges she faced as a single parent, she faced criticism on social media. This is mainly because the reality star is reported to have a nanny for each one of her children.

However, just because celebrities have help with their children doesn’t mean things are always going perfect. Even with help, celebrity parents can become overwhelmed by the tough job of raising a child, especially in the public eye.
